Perry Pride's Website Gets a Refresh!

Starting Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, Perry Pride's Website will begin it's update! It may not be perfect the first go around, but will steadily get better.

This is occuring with the transtion of a new Website Coordinator. The wonderful Megan Cottrell has decided to hand off the position to someone new. With that, we want to give a big thank you to Megan for all the years of service she has done for the website and within Perry Pride. We hope she she continues to do what she loves and always appreciate her advice!

Now, lets introduce the new Website Coordinator!

Bryan Karten is a 4th year student at Kansas State University dual majoring in Real Estate & Community Development and History, with a Minor in Business. He also a graduate of PLHS 2021. If this name sounds familiar, it's either you know the Karten Family, or you know Bryan from his role within the City of Perry as it's Website Coordinator! With his studies, he is wanting to grow and learn how to help support communities through development initiatives, strategic planning, or grassroots projects, so why not start with his beloved hometown of Perry!

While he is busy with his academic career, he has started a freelance gig of website creation and maintenance, BK Freelance Websites! For this particular website, the work being done is completely volunteer! Bryan will work to try to constantly update the website during his schedule, so keep an out for updates!
